The new school year has begun and off to a great start. It’s fun to see all our former students and very exciting to have new students join our class.
March has been a busy month as we tried to start classes before Semana Santa (the Holly Week leading up to Easter). We played some soccer, and we made our way through the pre-testing for our new monitoring and evaluation initiative. Our first day at Santoni was a highlight, when 17 girls showed up. It was a little chaotic, but a lot of fun. That was the biggest class we’ve taught there!
As Semana Santa comes to a close, we’re excited to start our American Football segment. It’s always fun to show the girls a new sport. I’m pumped to see if we have any Peyton Mannings or Marshawn Lynches in the crowd!
